From August through November, students from Gifu University (5 participants), the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG, 3 participants), and the National University of Malaysia (UKM, 3 participants) collaborated in three mixed groups to create videos as a part of the Collaborative Video Making Program (CVMP) 2025. Each group received guidance on smartphone video production techniques from a producer at an Australian creative agency while working on the theme "Unique points that can be identified by comparing student life."

On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the CVMP Final Competition was held as a hybrid event via Zoom Webinar and at the presentation area on the first floor of OKB Gifu University Plaza on campus. A total of 46 participants, including program stakeholders and audience members, joined the event. Special judges included:
- Vice President Lim Lee Wah,
- the Gifu University Organization for Promotion of Glocalization (GU-GLOCAL) Executive Director, Professor KOYAMA Hiroyuki,
- Assistant Professor Dr. Siddhartha Singha (IITG),
- Senior Lecturer Dr. Nurul Huda Abd. Karim (UKM),
- documentary filmmaker and podcast producer Ms. Takemura, who provided feedback on the video works.

At the end of the competition, scores from the special judges and audience voting determined the winner: Group 3's video "Our Universities, Our Stories" was selected as the best work.

The videos produced through this program are available on the GU-GLOCAL Channel. These works are expected to inspire students at each university to develop greater interest in studying abroad.
