The Sandwich Program provides students from the member universities of IC-GU12 with research internships at partner universities for a fixed period.
The program was established to further develop academic and research collaborations among IC-GU 12 member universities.

The Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology and the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Gifu University are participating in the program. Participating GU students study at partner universities for more than two months, while students coming from the member universities study at Gifu University from October to March every year.
